This is about 5 contained at last word. It has burned 16 square miles already of timber and brush. Dense forest is where it started on wednesday afternoon. And the firefighters are warning that this could really flare up again in the hot temperatures weve been seeing. About 100 homes were evacuated in the lake hughes area. So that low pressure system that brought that onshore flow earlier in the week is moving out and a strong ridge of High Pressure building in for us and that heat dome is the reason why those temperatures will continue to rise as we head through the afternoon.
