And then east of there, we have brake lights but the right onto 580 out of the tracy area towards north flynn is looking right around 38 minutes. In oakland, we are monitoring developments out of east oakland regarding a quadruple shooting that has left one person dead and it began around 10 00 on the 4500 block of fairfax avenue about one block east of high street. One oakland pd got on scene they learned two were shot at another two people were out. The mix tried to save one of those victims but the they died at the scene and another person went to the hospital in Critical Condition and the other two have nonlife threatening injuries. We did see one area with a lot of evidence markers on the ground perhaps there were bullet casing shells. That was next to a childs car seat but beyond that we are still waiting for more details from the police about what led up to the shooting. Officers have clear the area but that was a couple hours ago. In downtown oakland, kpix 5 a man is in a hospital after being shot in san jose. On fire broke out shortly before 1 00. They were closed off while officers were on scene investigating. The man who was shot is expected to be okay. No arrests have been made. An update this morning. On highway 17, we have a second Traffic Alert involving an overturned vehicle northbound at canton. There are a couple lanes blocked and you can see slight delays but not a lot of cars are in that direction. There is low volume, so that should be helpful as they work on that accident. They are clearing up crash right before san bruno avenue. 737 has one trouble spot but right now lets check the forecast with darren. It will get warmer tomorrow by five or 6 degrees. The marine layer goes all the way back to the coast and by the time we get to 9 00 or 10 00, that is it for the whole weekend. It will build an overnight ki of like it is right now only right into the median bay and to the coast. We will have more sunshine this weekend for more of us compared to anything else.
