It will be cloudy for the morning but we will clear the gray out more so than we did yesterday. Breaking news, a Deadly Police shooting in oakland overnight. Officers had been at pippin and apple street. Police in san leandro say at 11 00 officers pursued a suspected stolen car into oakland and the driver crashed into a parked car on pearl main street and then emerged with an assault rifle. That is when an officer opened fire, killing the suspect. The shooting is about a block away from where the crash happened. Police are taking over the investigation and we are going there and have an update within the next hour. A stunning new allegation that San Franciscos medical examiner was pressure to change autopsy results in the high profile death of the public defender. He died in february last year after a lawsuit was filed by chris. They claim the city administrator naomi kelly went to the office and demanded changes. They say that they were refused to alter the report and after he publicly released of the medical examiners official findings which we that he died from a mixture of cocaine and alcohol. In response, administrators released this short statement saying the lawsuits allegations regarding the city administrator are complete fiction. A subsequent autopsy report from the Public Defenders Office claims that he died of Natural Causes and they also claimed he had a grudge against San Francisco public defender jeff adachi about the accreditation of the medical examiners office. It is still not clear exactly what changes that they alleged to have ordered. Federal civil rights lawsuit is expected to be filed against the Vallejo Police about the death of sean monterrosa. He was shot through the windshield of an unmarked cruiser. John burris says they should have known the officer in question had a history of firing his gun on the job. The police chief is still trying to fire one of the officers who shot and killed a man in a talk about drive through a year and a half later. William mccloud was asleep when officers are surrounding him. They claim he reached for a gun in his lap before officers shot him 38 times. According to internal affairs, ryan mcmahon started shooting at the car while another officer was in the line of fire. They will come back again late tonight into friday but they will not go nearly as far and then friday they will go to the coast and we will get plenty of sunshine. There will be some light rain along the coast if you are driving anywhere near the water. You might noticed just enough of these clouds that you will get some mist and that is basically the headline.
