The kincaid fire burned more than 77,000 acres last fall. Tens of thousands of people had to be evacuated. Cal fire said the investigation found electrical transmission lines owned and operated by pg e sparked that fire. That report has now been forwarded to the Sonoma County district attorneys office. Pg e told state regulators that had a problematic transmission tower near the spot where the fire ignited. Mineral fire in Fresno County is 20 contained according to an update from fresno cal fire, happening off of highway 198 and west of coalinga. It broke out forcing evacuations. Temperatures very close to what is normal for this time of year. Upper 60s and low 70s, around the bay only low 60s around the coast. Mid 80s for the Santa Clara Valley and the trivalley and the warmer spots in land east bay reaching about 90 degrees, mostly mid to upper 70s push some marine air into the north bay and that will help you stay a couple degrees below what is normal for the middle of july but you will warm up with everybody else as we head into the weekend. But again 90 degrees isnt bad for july, that will be the average in land amateur both saturday and sunday. Near the bay near 70 degrees, back to the fog pattern by monday and tuesday of next week.
