The kincaid fire burned more than 77,000 acres last fall. Tens of thousands of people had to be evacuated. Mid 80s for the Santa Clara Valley and the trivalley and the warmer spots in land east bay reaching about 90 degrees, mostly mid to upper 70s push some marine air into the north bay and that will help you stay a couple degrees below what is normal for the middle of july but you will warm up with everybody else as we head into the weekend.
