The prosecutors said he was shot in the back twice after brooks took the officers stun gun, pointed it at him and start running. The other officer has been charged with aggravated assault. Police have a home surrounded, a hostage situation on center road, and they got the call at about 12 30 this morning from somebody inside of the home saying that several suspects had broken into their home and assaulted their family members. When officers got there, they took one suspect a man, into custody outside of the home, but four of the victims escaped. Theres still several more inside as well as possibly two additional suspects. Hostage negotiators are on the scene right now trying to convince them to come out.
