But at that point i realized he was maybe struggling from ptsd or some internal issues. At a news conference, santa cruz sergeant said carrillo will be brought today to justice. He was dangous and an angry man intent on bringing harm to police officers. Carrillo is an active duty Staff Sergeant and also being investigated for possible ties of a killing of a professional Security Guard in oakland last week because a white van was also seen leaving the crime scene.
