They marched a telegraph and started coming back to the plaza moments ago. The crowd has grown considerably since they left an hour ago organizers were clear. This is a peaceful event and they do not condone any violence or destruction of property. This protest has remained very peaceful. They want the focus to be on demanding justice for racial Police Brutality such as the death of george floyd. If we continue to fight in various ways. Voting and being knowledgeable and sticking together, then i feel like we will get to where we are supposed to be. To wear black lives do metal do matter and equality for all of us. As you can see over there there are some Police Officers there on the scene but for the most part they have stayed back like they have in some of the other protests here in oakland giving these protesters room to speak their minds and protest.
