Some time just before 1 00 this morning, there was a fight inside of the 7eleven on the southern edge of San Jose State University at san salvador and sixth street. One man was stabbed, and his brother ran in to help him, and he was stabbed as well. The Second Brother stumbled outside and collapsed. Both were taken to the hospital. One died and the other has life threatening injuries and may not make it. While officers were on scene, two more stabbing victims showed up with nonlife threatening injuries. Neighbors said the two men were about 18 or 19 years old, brothers, and greg piena heard the screams and came running out. The girl was yelling, like screaming help, help, help. I went out there, and the mother even went out there, and i seen the guy, and he was already dead. He was already purple, and he was not breathing. Reporter was there a lot of blood . Yeah. We know there was a shooting involving a Police Officer on mission and eighth street. A few dozen protesters taking a stand, refusing to move, and eventually police launched tear gas into the crowd. That finally got some demonstrators to scatter. I think the protest is fully warranted. I think its still very peaceful until they started to throw canisters. Thats unwarranted. The demonstrators were the last of the group of 2,000 that gathered for a peaceful rally at city hall earlier in the day. Several people were arrested in sacramento for violating curfew, and these images show the large protest that took place last night, and demonstrations were peaceful, and police say the folks refused to clear out after 10 00 p. New video out of new york this morning, thousands of protesters taking to the Manhattan Bridge last night, halting traffic there, headed from brooklyn into manhattan, and they were met by police. Some time just before 1 00 this morning, there was a fight inside of the store. Witnesses said one man was stabbed, and brother then ran in to help and the Second Brother was stabbed as well. He stumbled outside and collapsed. Both men were taken to the hospital. One died, and the other brother now has life threatening injuries and may not make it. A short time later as othe sce victims showed up at the hospital, and they, too, were stabbed with nonlife threatening injuries. umercedes to the right, 30 yard from the entrance to the 7 eleven. Thats according to the person who posted the video to the citizen app this morning, and its on elizabeth street, south of the fairfax Business District and bancroft avenue in oakland. San jose is the first major bay area city to lift the curfew. It comes as protesters argue the curfew violates their civil rights. Police say Demonstrators Demonstrators in vallejo started to throw rocks and bottles at police. Thousands of protesters took to the Manhattan Bridge last night, and they were headed from brooklyn into manhattan, and they were met by police. When they turned around, police on the brooklyn side had them surrounded. After a few hours, police allowed them to leave peacefully. Police in charlotte are accused of using Excessive Force last night. Police is now reviewing protocols after using chemical agents during the protest. The ride out of south san jose into morgan hill. Deadly crash, two lanes now open at 101 at south martin. The accident happened about 5 45 this morning, and the lanes were blocked because of a crash with a vehicle and pedestrian. Brake lights through the area, use monterey as an alternate. Now two lanes are open. North of there, slow ride on northbound 101. 880, still busy northbound, and due to a broken down vehicle at 980.
