We are following a couple of developing stories from overnight. An investigation is underway after deputies killed a woman in half moon bay. She was Walking Around main street onto vista lane carrying and alcohol bottle and rifle. They gave her verbal commands to drop the weapon. She fired her shotgun at deputies. They returned fire hitting her. She was taken to the hospital where she did die. That is under investigation. In the east bay there was a fatal crash that shut down multiple lanes of 880. New video is coming in of the aftermath of that. A vehicle crashed into some rocks over and over passed. At least one person was ejected from the vehicle. One person died and another was taken to the hospital. Chp does not know the cause of the accident and they are not releasing the condition of the other person involved. Swift action dispersed the crowds. The police chief said his department would focus on Public Safety.
