Three Fire Department swimmers got in the water and freed him but he had been underwater for at least 25 minutes. He passed away. We are also following a water main break in san bruno. Big mess to clean up. Police tweeted this video. This is at chapman avenue and georgia avenue. It is a couple of blocks from el camino. This is 3 15 am. They have been trying to find the source of that break. They will have to investigate. There are a number of people in that area without water this morning. Police and firefighters are lining up for a big tribute to the hospital workers. This is where they come and go for work during their shift change. They are gearing up for what is going to be quite a moving experience as they applaud hospital workers and frontline workers risking their lives inside the hospital to deal with the coronavirus. The rule would apply to large private employers like kaiser and sutter. Experts are pushing for more coronavirus testing in pregnant women, finding many are asymptomatic. A study looked at 215 women who delivered at two new york hospitals. Four tested positive with symptoms when they were admitted for delivery and 29 tested positive without symptoms when admitted. Of those patients, only three developed a fever. Authors of the study say testing on pregnant women would guide hospitals on decisions about ppe. Emergency hospital in wuhan transfers its remaining patients. The hospital built in two weeks has no patience after treating 2000 since february. A live look at sfo. 10 billion in federal relief is on the way to u. S. Airports. They have been hit hard by the drop in passenger traffic. The package includes a quarter billion dollars for sfo, 65 million for san jose minetta, and 45 million for oakland international. The relief comes as at least 10 u. S. Airlines are lining up to split 25 billion in payroll aid. The money would come in the form of grants and low interest loans with provisions for ownership states and some airlines. Southbound lanes are blocked but i see less red and yellow on the sensors so it indicates the accident is likely in the clearing stages. Northbound lanes were being used for Traffic Control for oneway. You may still see activities at lawley for the ride between calistoga and st. Helena. This is the bay bridge. Not bad at all and an easy ride with the exception of the trouble spot on the san mateo bridge. The Golden Gate Bridge looks good as well. Southbound 101 out of marin into the city looking good.
