Lets go down to the south, san jose, the numbers are close, 10 degrees above average. Now, watch the numbers drop, we will come in right near the immediate bay, and oakland will still be my example. Still warm, in the 70s, but you will make it up to 10 degrees above average. And right out of the gate with San Francisco, we will top out in the upper 60s, about five degrees above average.
