The 21 who tested positive for the coronavirus so far, two passengers and 19 crewmembers and then dozens of canadians who were heading to the airport to catch a charter flight back to ontario. Developing this mining, Santa Clara County has issued a first of its kind order, it is the first county in the country to legally ban Mass Gatherings with 1000 or more people, to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
