San francisco federal credit union which sued the city in 2018 claiming damages suffered through its taxi medallion loans. A damage figure changes over time. At present we are looking at 155 million. Reporter and attorney representing the Credit Unions that the city knows the program has failed. In a public report the cities on taxi Industry Experts said the program was only stalled. But in a secret report that we obtained through discovery through a thirdparty that same expert said the program wasnt viable. But the argument that the city has killed the medallion program.
