teen had two active warrants that were out for robbery in san francisco county. we have an update now on the hit-and-run that took the life of a little boy inc. . the driver is now in custody. the four-year-old hector was standing near his father helping unload groceries from the car when he was hit by the suv on friday. he was airlifted to the hospital and he died. the driver sped off in the tomorrow morning in general for the bay area. come away with that idea in mind because even though technically the wind advisory will be allowed to expire for places in and around the immediate they at 7:00 for the next 35 miles away and it will be with us tomorrow. let's play this forward and watch how things quiet down once we get into the early evening. by the time it is dark and the sun sets already begun to quite down and they will pick back up again. that gets us into 11:00 tomorrow morning and we are seeing the gusts back to the 30s. by the time we get into the afternoon the wind will turn off. other than that there is temperatures to discuss. low to mid 40s for the overnight lows in the daytime highs tomorrow will climbed into the low 70s. 72 for santa rosa. upper 60s for the other locations. if you are wondering about the rain, we are in a locked pattern. the clouds are going backwards away from us in writing up and over the west coast. a big black in the atmosphere and as long as it stays in place, everything will have to go around it a long way and that is why we have to be getting rain and we won't get rain for the remainder of the seven-day forecast but we have a pulled the trigger was in of duty fbi agent. the gunfire erupted around 11:30 last night when many people were out at the bars. >> the scene at the shooting has been cleared but what is far less clear someone has a story. >> we have video of that. there was an interesting note today on the strongest wind that was registered. there was a recording of a 209 miles an hour wind in the sierra today. for a time look like a new record. take a look at the numbers. the one that says 209 miles an hour has an asterisk meaning don't bet on that but the number under it isprobably true 25 mile-per-hour wind recorded at alpine. if you think about that, category three hurricane strength wind. those are sustained. if we had 125 at alpine, it was a brief gust. what does the racket stand? 199 miles per hour confirmed in february 2017. the one from today was also saying there was 90% relative humidity. if you hear the reports, don't count on it. as far as the wind back at home we saw gusts in the low 50s in the city today for san fran haa gust ansome of the higher peaks in t northbay. right now this is the current wind speed. better than they were now that the sun is going down and the wind is starting to relax a bit. another way of driving the point home. i will switch it over. a lot of the stations don't record the gusts because we are seeing that begin to tighten up. there is a 35 mile per hour gusts still happening and 30 for half moon bay and 20 in san jose. that is where the wind advisory stays into effect into 11:00 tomorrow morning. we can see why that is if we watch the future cast. if the wind dies down overnight which they will they will pick up again tomorrow morning. they will not be as strong were widespread and they are not going to last as long. we do have a timeframe here in the late morning where we could see gusts approaching 40 miles per hour again for oakland and saw the other communities in the mountains and when we get to the late afternoon it will turn off. the winds of started coming down in the northbay and staying quiet and tomorrow in the late morning you will see the uptick in windspeed. we could see gusts nearing 30 again for santa rosa tomorrow and by the afternoon that will calm down. overnight lows in the 40s and the daytime highs are 72 for santa rosa at mid to upper 60s for a lot of locations. interesting setup we have. the storm responsible was a week storm came in yesterday all the way around the top of us and overnight last night it slowly drifted our way and that started to pull the wind into northern california. that is similar to what we are dealing with in october. thankfully we have had a lot of rain and the hills are nice and green. we are not concerned about fire weather. there is the seven-day forecast. good news. done with the wind after tomorrow afternoon and then you get to enjoy the sunny and warm weather. we need some rain and unfortunately we don't have any. not in the next seven days and
