left to go. that is when the chiefs offense got rolling. mahomes got it to williams just across the goal line. for the go-ahead touchdown, 90 seconds left, garoppolo is brought down giving the ball back to the chiefs who added another score. kansas city one 31-20.>> a tough loss, it hurts everyone. we had opportunities to win and we came up short. when you lose, today doesn't change how i feel about our team. i'm really proud of the guys and what they did all year. >> i think the turning point was when we got the turnover and didn't execute on offense. they got the ball right back and drove bar. the suspect was arrested after a chase. joe vazquez live in san francisco with the story. joe?>> reporter: you can see this boarded up window behind me. that is where one of the gunshots landed. it's pretty incredible that no one was hit by a bullet here. it was a crowded super bowl party, a man was told to leave and according to witnesses he came back in and opened fire.>> it was like bang bang. >> robbie was eating dinner next-door when he heard gunshots on third street. >> i saw people running and i heard shots. we ran into the kitchen. >> there was one that went through the window. >> the suspect was thrown out of the bar during a 49 errs watch party. >> he came back and the door guy had the door held closed. he saw the government and let the handle go and the guy came in and popped off three rounds.>> police found the suspect suv a block and a half away. the suspect crashed into a car and kept going and then smashed into a light pole. police say the suspect took off running and officers arrested him a block and a half away. an ambulance took the suspect to the hospital.>> i'm happy no one was hurt. it could've been worse. >> it could have been much worse. there were shell casings in the street. evidence markers on the spots where they were found by police. it is possible as we still try to piece this together, that some of the gunshots fired inside were fired outside in the street before he drove away. tonight the coronavirus outbreak is growing here in the area. three new cases reported today. one in new santa clara county. to just to the south. we have more on why health officials say despite the alarm the risk to the general had public is relatively low. >> what we know from the public health department is that this latest case is not connected to the first case in the county that was announced on friday. this case involves a woman from china who arrived here to visit family a little over a week ago. >> prior to her arrival she had spent time in wuhan. she has not left the home except to seek medical care. >> the santa clara health department says the woman has a mild illness and is being regularly monitored. family members have also been isolated which means they don't leave the house. >> even though i understand that a second case may raise concern. our assessment is the public at large is still low risk. >> elsewhere, health officials confirmed two cases of the new coronavirus. a married couple, the husband recently returned from wuhan china. tonight at sjc, he is departing for the midwest. >> for right now i feel safe but i am taking a lot of cautions. also working at home. i know how to protect myself. >> this after the travel ban went into effect blocking foreign nationals who recently visited china from entering the u.s., starting today all inbound flights from china will be funneled into six u.s. airports including sfo. the cdc has brought in extra personnel to screen passengers inside the customs 16-year-old was found outside of deer valley high school friday night. police say this started when a basketball game against antioch high school wrapped up. a group of teens started fighting outside camp raised concerns about how it was conducted. a berkeley school has to pay up for playing the lion king at a parents night out. >> a lot of parents don't think they did anything wrong. a few months ago the emersons dads club hosted a fundraiser. they brought in a lion king dvd to play for the kids but a few days ago the school got a letter from a company called swank movie licensing. saying the still be kind of breezy but the strongest wind has passed. the 45 mile an hour cost at sfo. we had downed trees, we had a cost out of point race approaching 70 miles per hour. here are the gusts now, still breezy but not as bad as it was. this will play out over the rest of tonight, keep an eye on the wind speeds for tomorrow morning. we still have windspeed in the teens by 7 am. it may not seem like a big deal but i want you to remember this. we will start looking at the morning lows in a moment, that is just enough wind to give you a wind chill and make what the thermometer is going to be feel colder. we have enough of an issue with tomorrow morning just going by the thermometer. throwing in a 15 mile-per-hour breezes going to make tomorrow feel kind of rough. start planning ahead to find that heavy jacket. watch what happens tomorrow night with the wind picking up again. we've got to get through monday before the wind finally dies down. so cold in the early part of the week. we have a freeze watch for the north bay including the valleys of sonoma and napa. if you take a look at the numbers you can see why down to 30 for the morning low in santa rosa. that 15 mile-per-hour breeze will make it feel more like the upper 20s at times.
