Mid 30s in concourse, livermore, about 40 in san jose as well as for oakland, livermore coming in at 34. Daytime highs topping out in the low to mid50s. A cool day across our region. People turned out to dine at restaurants in the downtown thanksgiving night. We spotted cozy diners with bottles of wayne and thanksgiving food. Police are investigating another possible Home Invasion robbery in the east bay. A man who lives on crawford street just east of the Concord PoliceDepartment Said two masked men entered his home wednesday night and tied him up. It is not knownive anything was taken. This comes a day after two residents were injured during a Home Invasion in lafayette. Police say three armed men entered the home on crest month through an opened garage door, assaulted the homeowner, tied them up and ransacked the home. Another halloween night. No arrests in any of the cases. A 75yearold woman and two found safe. Sandra young and her grandchildren were reported missing on sunday. Yesterday they stopped at a gas station where the manager spotted them. She said nothing seemed out of the ordinary but looked like they had been traveling for awhile. To look at her, to see her picture and that short hair caught my attention. Maybe she shouldnt have been driving. She called police when young went to the restroom. By the time the grandmother came out, officers were there. So far police are not saying where the three had been for so long or why.
