Police say it happened during a Football Watch Party saying 1 or more gunmen snuck into the backyard and started shooting. They say several people were taken to the hospital in critical condition. They say thankfully none of the children were hurt. Police dont have any suspect descriptions at this time. A Santa Clara County prosecutor could face charges of endangering his own daughter. He allegedly used the 13yearold as bait to catch the man accused of molesting her. Police were already looking for the suspect themselves. After the girl reported he had approached her at least 5 times as she walked her dog. She said the last 3 encounters ended with the man inappropriately touching her. According to police reports, the girls father then brought her back to the same spot to record the mans incriminating actions on video while they kept in touch via ear buds. Once he got the video he needed, he turned it over to police. Officers arrested a 76yearold man on tuesday. Hes being held on 3 million bail, charged with lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14. But the paper reports state prosecutors are also exploring possible child endangerment charges against the girls father. They cut deep grooves in the grass and drew graffiti with some sort of acid. A man in a gray hoodie is captured etching graffiti on the glass ruining it.
