With their contractors and our Fire Suppression crews. To get to the point where we could vent the adjacent tanks that we have talked about quite a bit the last 24 hours. The ones that we were concerned might have been damaged by yesterdays fire. We are very close to getting that done. The venting that is. Nustar is going to take care of that in the evening hours into tomorrow. We have been taking measurements all day long. To assess any kind of threat from vapor. From the various sources in the facility. We have had zero indication of any kind of a threat of ignition all afternoon. At this point the containment we have been talking about are still have not been drained. They still have those foam blankets that we have been discussing. To protect to eliminate any possibility of any ignition. We are confident at this point there is no longer any threat of any kind of ignition fire. Related to what occurred yesterday afternoon. And yesterday evening. At this point in the next half hour to 90 minutes we will see the Fire Service Personnel from crockett hercules at this point. Departing the facility. We are turning it over to nustar. They have their own Fire Suppression capability sufficient to handle anything that might related to anything going on now. As i said our judgment is there is no threat of any further explosion or fire at this point. A note on the investigation. The investigation continues. You may have seen a little while ago some of the investigators going back into the far reaches of the site bathherecke thfire tanks are. Weve gotten the investigators Investigative Team into the facility this afternoon. That investigation will continue. Nothing has changed from that perspective. We expect this will be a complex investigation. With multiple moving parts and multiple agencies. That i outlined in the last update. I wouldnt expect any news on the investigation certainly not tonight. Probably not for this next several days. I can report the investigation is moving forward. We have the power back on in the facility. You may recall that was causing problems with reviewing digital evidence. Videotapes. Digital documents. Power is back on. Presumably the investigators are able to review that digital information. With that i will take your questions. What has changed is our monitoring that has gone on all afternoon has assured us there is no threat to the that could ignite. We are now able to get the investigators in there. Even though there is infrastructure work going on relative to the venting of the tanks. We are not concerned about those threats. The inspectors are in there. I cannot tell you exactly how close they have gotten to those failed tanks. The burn tanks. They are back there in the area. My guess is they are probably close enough to get in there into their investigation. Right now the containment ponds are still have not been evacuated. That will be an assignment for nustar in the days to come. I would suggest i will refer you to them. I would suggest you followup wi them. The important point about those containment ponds. It is our judgment they are no longer represent a threat of fire or any other danger. Those are great questions. That is a good question the last part of that. For nustar. Part of our investigation will be a damage assessment. We typically come up with a dollar figure estimate of damage. It is too early to do that at this point. This is a good point. It is something i probably should have mentioned. Because of the investigation the facility will still be under control along with the supporting agencies. We will continue to control access. But allowing the operational parties nustar contractors and the subject matter experts. The Industry Experts to get in there and do that operational work. The facility is still under investigation. It is still under the control of Fire Investigation unit. We are working with them on the operational medications. They will continue to do that work. While the investigation proceeds. It llunder peion of Investigative Team. I dont know my understanding is they have not operated since the fire broke out. We have been listening to a steep hill with contra costa fire giving the latest update this evening on the fire at the new star allen g energy facility. Nustar. They are turning the firefighting efforts over to nustar. They are overseeing the investigation still. There venting the other tanks. They are confident what is in the containment ponds is not going to ignite. Firefighters have been keeping a blanket of foam just what youre looking at. On that material which is still in those containment ponds to prevent flareups. We are reiterating steep hill just said there is no threat of emissions that will ignite at this point. We will continue to monitor any developments on the story. We will bring you any updates. A new instance of to ride bart. To your flight at sfo.
