The concern is the fifth tangled canopy of trees and power lines in Lafayette Moraga and orinda. In the narrow roads filled with homes beneath them. The fire danger will be high. This is near highway 140 north of midpines. So far it is just 5 contained. We are getting word a 525 acre fire in napa county is fully contained tonight. It broke out yesterday afternoon near American Canyon west of i 80. One outbuilding was destroyed. These red flag warnings and this high wind low humidity. Power being announced in several cities is going to be cut. This is october. So tell me about how the fire danger is worse now than it was in july. Even worse than last week when we get this. We have had this drill several times this season. We had a red flag warning last week. This one is more impressive in terms of the wind speeds and humidity factor.
