We are looking at mainly in the 50s and upper 50s in concorde and oakland at 62. Midfifties in livermore and san jose, low 50s for santa rosa. As you go through the afternoon, we are looking at temperatures near seasonal. You can see for San Francisco, upper 60s and for oakland, 73, mid 70s and san jose and 81 in concorde. Temperatures running about 2 to 4 degrees below average for this time of year. We are going to warm up with details on that coming up. We are off to a great start on the roadways. If you are out the door only, no major snacks. Travel times, you can see everything is in the green. The time to be out driving on 580, only 24 minutes from to a five to east 80. Highway 4 to the maze, and easy 13 minute drive and no delays on highway 4 if you come out of antioch. All the way to hercules. Only a 25 minute drive time and so far so good out of the south bay. A clear right out of the san jose area towards sfo, that will take you 36bay idges ngupn just a couple minutes and a look at traffic along 880. We are at the live news desk following some breaking news out of San Luis Obispo county where a tour bus has crashed and careened down a ravine. This happened just before midnight. One person is dead and seven other people are injured. This was on highway 46 near sham them. And the bus was returning from a concert where country gospel artist josh turner was playing at the amphitheater. The bus drove off the roadway and went down a 100 foot embankment. Some of the crewmembers apparently were on board, but they dont appear to be among the injured. Turner, himself, was not on that bus, but one person is dead and seven others are injured. Some of them severely. The investigation into the cause of the crash continues. President trump is accusing San Francisco of environmental violations over wastes and dirty hypodermic needles. Yesterday, he criticized San Francisco over the chronic homeless problem saying it is allowing a tremendous amount of waste including dirty needles to go through storm drains into the ocean. The rest of the bay area bridges checking and problem free and a live look at the san mateo bridge, traffic cruising right along as you come away from 880 heading towards 101, about a 13 minute drive time to go between hayward and foster city if you are going on a 101, itself, things should be looking pretty good in both directions. Lets jump over to 880 with reports of roadwork near hagan berger. We checked the maps and we were scoping it out to see if we sought any delays. But its not causing any problems. Checking for the drive times, its looking pretty good. Everything is pretty clear. Pretty much about a 15 minute ride to go southbound 880 coming away from mace down to the 237. Speech for the most part along the nimitz freeway. We have some roadwork along 680 in both directions and mostly affecting the drive on the north outside as you pass 242. That should be wrapping up within the next 15 to 20 minutes. Only one lane is shut down, but a little bit slow as you go through. Other than that, you shouldnt have any problems. It is business as usual for the ultimate pass, only 24 minute drive time. I would say it is lighter than usual. To a 5 to 680, no delays. The time now is foredeck 49.
