Judge Joseph Sparrow came close to throwing out the citys lawsuit against the nfl and every other team in the nfl. In this case, the raiders went to las vegas because they got a better deal and that is competition. The judge gave the city 45 days to submit a new complaint saying that the city has to show that if the nfl did not have a 32 team limit, oakland would still have a football team. Oakland City AttorneyBarbara Parker says the city will amend its complaint and address the judges issues. In the meantime the raiders are on track to begin the 2020 season in las vegas and in a new stadium.
