Reporter meantime, agencies across the county paid tribute to officer osullivan, Berkeley Police shared a video on twitter showing a caravan of officers heading to the service. She was recruited after two decades helping bay area young people reach educational goals, first teaching esl classes in berkeley and expanding College Success programs at other nonprofits before the east bay college fund.
