Parents are supposed to outlive their children and coaches around supposed to outlive their players. Reporter tonight hes heartbroken that shes gone. Its just not okay. Its not right. Too young. Reporter after High School Graduation tara went to Diablo Valley College across the street for a while before transferring to sacramento state. As commander reporter there she participated in a Law Enforcement Scholar Program which in this promotional video she credits with teaching her to be a better leader. This december well both be graduating from sacramento state. Today is a very, very sad day. We lost a hero. We lost a leader. She was a hero. Thats exactly what she was. As for the man charged with officer osullivans murder, 45 yearold adel ramos booked early this morning is due in court monday. He has a criminal history going back decades. In september this guy was charged with battering a female juvenile. In 2011 Police Seized several grams of marijuana, 26,000 of cash out of his car. A shrew of earlier incidents include petty theft charges, domestic violence, driving under the influence.
