Today the coroner identified the shooting victim as 30year old matthew rios. We spoke with his mother who said she does not understand why anyone would do this. All i can say right now, whoevers responsible for this i believe in justice. They have to pay the consequences. Still no word on any suspects or emotive. This is the third freeway shooting around the bay area in the past couple of days. Including a Fatal Shooting on interstate 80 this weekend. The other top story at 5 30 pm.
