Despite the house state voting down the measure the school witnessed one of the deadliest School Shootings in modern history last week they will try to persuade them before their legislative session ends. Cheers for the students from Marjory StonemanDouglas High School as their buses pulled into the State Capitol last night. Today those students will meet with lawmakers in tallahassee to push for tighter gun control to help prevent Mass Shootings like the one that claimed 17 lives at their school last week. And were going keep talking, keep pushing until something is done because people are dying and this cant happen anymore. Reporter three buses with about 100 student, many coming straight from funerals for their fallen classmates made the sevenhour journey. I honestly think a background check and age requirement. Reporter on one bus students were strategizing, organizing the march for our lives notice noticing they had reached a million milestone. Though the students learned mid trip that the Florida State house had just rejected a move that would have considered a move to ban assault rifle, there were some notes from washington.
