The driver drove against oncoming traffic on 237 before he crashed it near this golf course. A passerby posted this video on snapchat that shows officers with guns drawn near the side of the highway and you can see one officer running toward that box truck. We spoke to chp moments ago. No injuries have been reported throughout this chase or the theft, but again authorities right now are still looking for this thief. A section of 280 was shut down early this morning. Kpix5s Jessica Flores tells us the victims did not wait around for an ambulance. Lemany. Reporter bullet casings littered the freeway at 280 and alemany where chp officers shut down southbound lanes in the Early Morning hours. Officers combed the scene for evidence as they investigated the freeway shooting that left at least three people injured. The three parties that were at the hospital all suffered what would be deemed to be nonlife threatening injuries and some are i believe one or two are still in for treatment now but will be soon released. Reporter officers say the three victims were riding together in a black escalade around 3 a. M. When they were shot at. The victims continued in the escalade taking themselves to the hospital. Investigators interviewed the victims at the hospital. We interviewed those parties. They all indicated they did not see anything. Theyre not speaking to why they were shot at and so we are going with what we have right now, which is really no information on a suspect vehicle. On thursday the real day came. Doctors are alling all five babies miracles. We hope that they all do okay and were able to bring them all home.
