For that and his weekly washington whopper of the week. We turn to our washington insider, mark spandolo. We gotta start the morning off with oprah. President win winfrey ral, really . Winfrey, really . No. I would say its absolutely impossible. Except if you told me two years ago, if there was any chance President Donald Trump could be president and i would have said absolutely not. This is a mastery of policy, would seem to have been important prerequisites. Of course, the current president suggests that is not all that is needed. The one thing this swooning over oprah tells you, the democrats do not have a prominent candidate at this point. Also thrilled they are talking about oprah right now, rather than another tv personality who has long talked about running for president. That is jerry springer. I think most political pundits would agree to never say never anymore, when talking about potential candidates. So marco, why would trump agree to be questioned in the russian probe, which he calls the greatest witch hunt in history. Legally, he doesnt have to. He could take fifth amendment. Politically, its damaging to say, no collusion, no collusion, but im not going to testify because i might incriminate myself. So politically, it makes sense for him to testify. The danger, of course, if hes done nothing wrong, there is no problem. But he has to be careful to be completely 100 honest, which has not been Donald Trumps greatest strength. Dont forget that when bill clinton testified about monica lewinsky. It wasnt what he did with her what got him impeached. It was lying under oath, which got him impeached and he lost his law license in arkansas. Just in the last 24 hours, heres donald trump speaking to the president to a group of american farmers. Chopper 5 over the scene of the accident. This is along 880 and milipitas. And its in the southbound direction. Five cars involved total. And that has had traffic backed up now for nearly two hours. The first reports of this came in just before 5 00 this morning. Chp has issued a traffic alert. The three three lanes closed, leaving only one lane of traffic open at this point. And so we are looking at delays that continue to climb. Right now, a little over an hour commute for drivers, heading southbound, from 238, on down towards 237.
