Its not clear where isis may have obtained the gas maybe from leftover Saddam Hussein stockpiles or, more likely, syria. The chemical weapon surfaced in july. The kurds say the peshmerga had been training when they were attacked. Some 60 surrender issue fighters suffered breathing difficulty. A sign of chemical weapons use. Mustard gas, which dates back to world war i, must be used in large concentration to be lethal. The latest turn comes as the u. S.
