Inspectors will be able to press for visits to Iranian Military sites as part of the monitoring duties but teheran can challenge the request. Attorneys criminal complaint says in march Matthew Muller kidnapped denise huskins. The complaint says muller and three accomplices were wearing wet suits, tied them up with zipties and covered their eyes with swim goggles. They then stole a car and threw a drugged huskins in the trunk. The deed has been done. The you cant unwind the trauma and say, you know, we mades mistake. Thats not good enough. Reporter the complaint includes photos muller and Company Allegedly sent to the chronicle showing the items they used to kidnap her. Police caught up with muller in the past few days of a Home Invasion in dublin on friday. He allegedly left his cell phone behind and was tracked to lake tahoe. Yet last night Matthew Mullers attorney had this to say. The other component of it is every time you are defending a person you also have to look at their mental state and its true that mr. Muller has suffered, um, Significant Mental Health issues over the past several years and has decompensated. Reporter according to an fbi affidavit, muller graduated from harvard law back in 2006 and was a Research Assistant there for the next three years. He told detectives he is a former marine, bipolar and has gulf war illness. At one point he worked at an Immigration Law firm in San Francisco. But he was disbarred earlier this year. Again, Vallejo Police have yet to respond or yet to issue a statement regarding the fbi affidavit and why they dismissed this kidnapping as a hoax back in march. Mimi lee is in the middle of a bitter divorce case and she wants possession of her frozen embryos. Her husband, steve findley, wants them destroyed. Lee was diagnosed with cancer in 2010. She had the embryos frozen because she knew the treatment would leave her infertile. The judge must decide whether her infertility outweighs an agreement she reached with her husband. It includes provisions for destroying the embryos under certain circumstances, including divorce. Practical framework thats been agreed upon has been that this is a sort of thing that ought to be worked out in advance as much as possible. And in this case that was decided in the event of divorce, the embryos are not to be used. A Northern California man wanted in the disappearance of a sixmonthold daughter is dead. Sheriffs deputies shot and killed 23yearold Matthew Graham in Siskiyou County yesterday morning. It happened during a shootout with police after he allegedly carjacked a couple at gunpoint. Graham became a person of interest after his daughter went missing on july 2. Investigators say he gave them inconsistent statements. Closing arguments begin today in the trial of a colorado Movie Theater shooter james holmes. Holmes admitted to killing a dozen people, injuring dozens more, way back in 2012. He pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. Holmes did not testify in his defense but jurors heard a series of interviews he had with a psychiatrist two years ago. The jury starts deliberations tomorrow.
