Korea's leading carrier Korean Air and Amazon to collaborate on AI-based customer center

Korean Air, Korea's leading carrier, said Monday it has partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to develop an artificial intelligence (AI)-based platform to improve customer convenience.
