If you like dinner served with a side of views, there's a restaurant in Bali you have to add to your culinary bucket list. Koral Restaurant – located within luxury hotel the Apurva Kempinski in Nusa Dua – was just named the world's most picture-perfect eatery in Tripadvisor's 2021 Travelers' Choice Awards. What makes Koral so photogenic? The unique fine-dining establishment is nestled inside a sprawling aquarium that offers a total sensory experience while you dine.
And it's not just the views that are remarkable – chef Andrea Astone's menu goes above and beyond, too. Guests can expect to nosh on foie gras, wagyu and truffles – all of which are plated like edible works of art. (And yes, there is plenty of fish on the menu if you don't mind offending your aquatic dining companions.) The cocktail menu isn't too shabby either; the Mist Negroni, for instance, is infused with pandan and cinnamon flavors as well as a nip of Fernet Branca.
