Reporter music and memories filled the Christian Life center in stockton where hundreds of Law Enforcement officer, some as far away as colorado and texas, came to honor fallen chp officer Andrew Camilleri, a man who loved his job. Being able to help a disabled motorist, issue a citation to a speeding driver, which andrew just enjoyed because you got to drive fast. Reporter camilleris flagdraped casket was escorted by fellow chp officers. He died in the line of duty in hayward when his patrol car was struck by a suspected drunk driver who was later arrested. He was out there trying to protect others from the same thing that took his life. Reporter his partner was injured in the crash. His emotional tribute brought everyone to tears. Andrew, i know you can hear me. I love you, buddy. It was an honor being your partner. Rest in peace, brother. Reporter velazquez got a standing ovation from the crowd. Andrew was a family man and loved nothing more than being with roxy and their children. Reporter andrew met his wife rosanna, nicknamed roxy, when they both worked at mcdonalds.
