The tire, as it came off of the jet, as was mentioned, it landed on a couple of cars and balanced and landed in the slot right here which is a rental car lot. I did speak with an employee who happened to be outside when it happened. He says, it is not unusual to hear the roar of the chances they are taking off from the runway. It is very unusual however, to hear a loud crunch as the tire smashed into cars. This is the exact moment the tire from that united boeing 777 came off the rear landing gear, just seconds after the airplane took off. You can see it drop just before the rest of the landing gear was retracted. You can see the end of the runway is right there. The tire from the airplane came off just as the big 777 took off. It landed on these two cars and the fence and then balanced into that lot. From sky ranger you can see the massive tire final resting spot at a rental car parking lot. Police officers kept an eye on it is part of what will be an investigation into why and how this happened. Eric ramos says the tire damaged a tesla inside the lot. This morning at around 11 00 am we received a 911 call that there were gunshots in the area of saginaw circle. When officers arrived on scene, they found a female victim that was deceased with several gunshot wounds. To a neighbor reported a black lexus weaving the scene. As Police Arrived they spotted the car and began following it westbound on i580. That vehicle became disabled. We are unsure how. In the area of i 580 and 150th in the city of san leandro. Reporter chp, San Leandro Police and the county sheriffs apartment responded. An hours long standup finally ended when police discovered the suspect was inside the car on i580. The chase ultimately ended on i580 in san leandro triggering a foreclosure that turned the freeway into a parking lot. The last we checked, there were two lanes that were closed in the westbound direction of i580. We are at there drive. I will give you a look at what the freeway looks like at this hour. While it has been sparking big slowdowns, the traffic situation has improved from what we saw earlier today. That was at noon when westbound i580 was close to 164th and eastbound at 150th. As officers and deputies tried to figure out whether the murder suspect inside the black lexus was still a threat. The resulting backup was massive.
