The latest press conference they just mentioned expansion of the shelter in place as the manhunt continues to spread to neighboring cities. Theyve set up a Reunification Center for families not able to locate their loved ones. Victims are filling up hospitals and there are multiple scenes in lewiston maine. Theyve had time to formulate plans and tactics, assembled a mass of officers and investigators. At this point their following leads from friends, family, coworkers, and running those down. Theyll have to cast a wide net because he possesses an immediate danger to others, they have to be efficient and very effective. And they have to act with a sense of urgency.
