Have you been able to see her . I have been able to see her i saw her last night i came with a helicopter i was in a hotel where there are survivors and the family of kibbutz are which this kibbutz suffered so strongly many dead and so many kidnapped. I came yesterday night, and i met her. You know, you said everybody seeing that shes in kind of good condition, but i know my grandmother. My grandmother is a very, very, very strong woman. I dont know anyone stronger than her and to see her in this fragile situation, mental situation, you know, from one side i was so happy to see her and so happy that she can walk, but i saw her and also i felt such a huge, huge, huge sting in my heart to see her in that situation knowing that shes been through so much. Yeah. She had a news conference. We got to hear some of what she went through, some of her ordeal what else did she tell you about what she went through during her time in captivity . Yeah. So, first of all, when they had been taken out from the house, it seemed like my grandfather got injured and in the house while trying to avoid the terrorists of hamas to go inside the room and after that, they were taken on on bikes, on motor bikes to gaza strip. And my grandfather, the last time she saw him was just on the fence of gaza strip when he was injured. And his situation is unknown for the moment that is making me very afraid and, you know, to see my grandmother coming back in that in that situation because she was released from the humanitarian situation, which means her situation was not good, and thinking about my grandfather, what he is going through, im really afraid and i think, you know, the pressure has to come as this is only two hostages more from so many we have we have more than 200 hostages still there, which they have unknown condition. And i really hope we continue all that pressure as to bring every time, too, the time goes and we are still losing time the world pressure has to continue as israel hold and there is some negotiations i mean, we need to speed up everything to bring all those people back. This is a very scary moment for me i was really happy to see my grandmother. It was amazing but seeing her was making it as well very scary for the rest of the people staying there. And, you know, we have so many people who died. More than 1,400. And everyone come back is like a light. It is like a ray of light. But, you know, we need also a sun. A ray of light is not enough when we have two hostages coming back we need big massive hostages coming back to know they are good as there are children there. Drugstore giant cvs announced it is pulling medicine after an Fda Advisory Committee found one of the main ingredients to be ineffective. This is big news. Dr. Natalie aczar is here with what Everybody Needs to know it is cvs, right and they decided to pull these medications from the shelves are they harmful why did they pull them off from the out set, this had nothing to do with safety. This all had to do with the effectiveness of one particular ingredient as we said in the lead the Fda Advisory Committee a month ago determined unanimously that fennel ef rin was not effective. Cvs did something unprecedented because the fda has not rendered a final decision but they said, we are going to remove from our shelves products that contain only phenylephrine. That includes sudafed. Pe but there are a lot of other products on the shelves that are still there that contain this ingredient but contain other ingredients as well, for example dayquill has some tylenol benadryl so just the ones that have only that ingredient and we reached out to cvs for comment. And they said, were following the direction of the fda we want to comply with regulation, and this is what we see is appropriate there is this Organization Called the Consumer Health Care Products association, who maintains that until the fda says anything that these products are safe and effective. I should mention that they do represent the manufacturers of many of these products. Is that the only product because there is sudafed and sudafed pe. Exactly we can only find one product that contains only phenylephrine. We also reached out to cvs to see if they could give us a more comprehensive product list. But they said they dont have a list to provide us right now but lets say you have this in your cabinet. Can you still use it if you want to is it going to harm you. Its not dangerous, right i may not work. It may not work i always say to folks, if its not expired you can go ahead and use it it may not be effective. So yeah. You have lots of fresh ingredients. Its just cooking smarter. Yes i should make you make it. Put them to work. Put me to work. Start with this dump this in here. This is basel, parsely and oregeno. Were basically making a pesto lemon zest, juice and parm olive oil, of course you can make this slow or just dump it all in and then whiz it into an herby mixture. This is the pesto. Yes the cool thing is you can no pine nuts. No pine nuts. Because my sister is allergic. Is that why okay. Im used to not using them. Thats a good reason not to have pine nuts. Normally i would have my girls kind of part of this Assembly Line you get the meat mixture all mixed up dished up on to a pan. These two pans go into the oven together so, the meat balls go ill put that in the oven. What kind of kitchen is this . Its a tv kitchen we have salt and pepper if we need it. You cook a pot of pasta you can see how easy this is the sooner you get done with dinner the sooner you can work on the series that. Everyone is watching suits right now. When the tomatoes come out of the oven, you can see theyre bhiserred and juices from the tomatoes. Is that spaghetti its bouccatini its thick, hallow. Its great. So, paige come toss this. What makes the meat balls rustic what does that mean . You can scoop them with a scoop, but what i usually do is just pinch them. Here, paige what do you think about being on today show. So then once you toss the pasta with the delicious sauce, you just dish it up and then the meat balls are out of the oven and you can just remember, half the pesto inside the mixture for the meat balls.
