Which roughly tallies with the number given by the Israeli Military that have confirmed 199 hostages so far, hamas is saying they are prepared to release foreigners, nonisraelis who are currently being helped captive, their intention wasnt to take nonisraelis. Theyre saying they are prepared to release nonisraelis once the conditions are right in gaza. With the level of bombing theres no way they can release people. They insist theyre treating people humanly. They must treat the hostages with care and compassion, again, we dont have any verification of that.
