Reporter the owner of one of the shops declined to talk to us on camera fearing retaliation, especially because Police Say Three of the juvenile suspects arrested in the latest operation had been arrested for the same crime in july. This man Danelo Cavalcante escaped from chester prison in pennsylvania where he was serving a life sentence for murdering his girlfriend just two years ago. Pennsylvania Police Originally started searching a twomile radius around the prison. Now police expanding that radius after security footage caught him outside that radius. The search has shut down School Districts and left a community on edge. Police describe cavalcante as 5 feet, 120 pounds with light skin, shaggy black hair and brown eyes.
