Clark says a lifesaving apparatus is not an uber, and he too was surprised that it took ten months to get to this point and that the discipline was so minimal. A suspected shoplifter is recovering from gunshot wounds after he got into a fight with a home depot Security Guard near the front entrance of the home depot in san carlos around 10 00 last night. Deputies say a store Security Guard confronted the shoplifter. During the confrontation, police say the man grabbed the guards baton. At some point during the fight, the suspect was able to disarm the Security Guard of his baton. The suspect then struck the Security Guard in the face and head area with the baton. The Security Guard then discharged his firearm, shooting two rounds. One struck the suspect. Heres the suspect, 26yearold jonathan mackay. City attorney david chiu says its the work of a Company Called auto towing in hunters point. He says the company illegally set up signs at the bank of the west parking lot in the city and towed at least six cars. Not only that, he says the company made it harder for owners to get their cars back. Victims were sent to a different towing service, pressured to pay cash, and allegedly were told they could only get their cars on weekdays. Vehicle owners have the right to retrieve their vehicles 24 hours a day, any day of the week.
