The large low pressure system. Its expansive. Disrupting the atmosphere. As that starts to drop down. Sunday, monday and tuesday. Its going to bring a cold blast to us. 60s coming our way. It will produce snow in denver. Where they have had the wild fires outside of the area. And for us the same storm will bring the wind down. A closer look youll see the bay area. The entire area here from the north bay. To the south bay is covered in this red flag fire warning. 20 to 50 plus Miles Per Hour winds for the mountains. Wind gusts of 15 to 40 Miles Per Hour in the lower elevations. Humidity to 10 at times. Wind forecast for tomorrow were okay. If you have to do any kind of prep outside check on tree limbs. Bring stuff in from the porch. Youll be good. Not gusty through saturday. Rolling through sunday morning the big thing is the north bay. You can see the red popping up. Which would authorize San Francisco to begin a Pilot Program creating whats known as municipal social housing. Public housing for a range of different income levels and its selfsustaining. The plan would allow the city to build, buy or rehab up to 10,000 units of Affordable Housing which it would operate. And go to people making lez than 80 of the median income. Demand at the high end. People in the middle class and works class cant afford San Francisco. Supporters have to go to the ballot box because article 34 in the state constitution bans cities from developing their own low rent housing unless its approved by local voters. Prop k coauthor calls article 34 a vestage of racist planning history. You can vote it keep low income people out directly. And race. Chairman of San Francisco Libertarian Party doesnt see it as racist. He thinks its aimed at protecting cities from plans like prop k. Does anybody know what social housing means . It will move down into the atmosphere. And bring us windy conditions for the fire danger. We talk about the fires in colorado. There are going to get a cold blast from the same storm.
