I dont want to be here when the water is that deep and be stranded that wouldnt be smart reporter sally is churning at 3 Miles Per Hour. Forecasters say a slow moving hurricane like this one only means a prolonged impact and heavy rains, flash flooding and storm surges mandatory evacuations stretch from alabama the the bayou state.
