Napa, solano and sonoma counties we want to remind people that and even over in yolo ason thin evacuation zones are dangerous. People have been through there, but to make sure the roads are over the next few days, cal fire open. I would ask everybody to just check your homes, check your begins their Damage Assessment. Property and make sure its safe we will start to learn the to reenter your home. Extent of the damage in our were doing good like ive been talking about. I think as we move forward, i counties. This often times is a time when think the likes of the plan that we start to feel a sense of loss we have, feeling very confident as a community when we start to about where were moving. Realize the aftereffects of the weathers always a key factor. Fire and the impact thats going to happen to our communities for we have a very large incident on a long time as we try to get a both the east and the west zone. Grip on that and rebuild. Its taken a lot of our resources. And this is an emotional time its taken a lot of time. For many people. Its taken a lot of effort. This is a time when there is one thing again though i keep that sinking feeling really saying is the cooperative effort starts to set in about what the and the cooperative loss is. So we still encourage you to use communication that we have is the only way we get through this those resources out there, you and we mitigate the large incident that we have. Can call 211 for assistance if so far its takes a while to get needed. Going. But so far were happy with the but this is a time we need to come together as a community and communications. Check on our neighbors and check were happy with the cooperation that we have with all the in with each other. So with that i will turn it over agencies. Theres many agencies involved to the next speaker. Here and it takes that cooperation. Please be kind to each other and thank you. Take care of each other, and well talk to you soon. Thank you. His symptoms subdued but then he tested positive again four months later. This is after returning to hong kong from spain. He remains asymptomatic. Now its time to get a look at that forecast for you because we have been talking about that. Of course the air quality not great right now in the bay area. But we also are looking at lightning strikes. How are we looking with that . Well, the good news is that our chance of seeing any lightning has diminished for the rest of the day. That storm now pushing to the north. But look at whats left behind. Just this horrible air quality. Weve had such bad views of the bay area as we get a look at all of this smoke thats trapped in the fog that we had earlier this morning making the air quality really bad. And you really cant see beyond a couple of miles as we look out over toward clayton right now and then over in dublin. You can barely see anything on this camera as well. Its looking a little bit better in san jose in comparison. But lets get a look at how bad the air quality is and where were seeing the worst numbers. This is a measure of particulate matter in the atmosphere. This is basically the smoke particles that get suspended in the air. We are seeing some of the highest measures of these numbers over toward parts of fairfield where its at 405. Thats really bad. Right there in the area of those wildfires. And were also seeing over toward the east bay some of that smoke drifting over there. Weve also seen some high numbers in san francisco. But then notice for areas like los gatos and san jose and morgan hill, we have some bad air quality if you have breathing problems. But its unhealthy for everybody. Were looking at that storm system that brought that potential of lightning now moving to the north of the bay area. It did cause a lot of lightning strikes over parts of the Central Valley over toward the southern and central sierra. Now that activity has started to calm down. And so as we go into the rest of today, its going to be a fairly calm day. But lets take a look at what happened. This is a measure of how much humidity is in the air. We see some green that indicates some high humidity, that surge of that tropical moisture moving into the midlevels of the atmosphere. And so now we are looking at some drier air where we see the brown shading. Thats going to be what we will see for the rest of today. And thats actually what suppressed our potential of getting some lightn in the bay area. So we had some dry air at the surface, but also a little bit of some dry air that kind of slid in behind that tropical system in parts of the bay area. But we did still get some rain in parts of the north bay. So that was good to see as well. So we are not seeing any more lightning strikes, and our temperatures are still going to be hot today despite the fact that we did see some spotty north bay showers. And so our temperatures today will reach into the upper 90s for parts of the north bay, some mid90s through the east bay and up to about 90 degrees for san jose. And so for our inland areas over the next few days, were still looking at more 90s in the forecast. In fact, it gets a little bit hotter by the end of the week. This is going to keep that smoke in the bay area, and hopefully we get some more containment as we see cooler temperatures near the coast. Were also looking at some morning fog each and every day which means higher humidity and slower fire spread. So thats some good news in the forecast for us, marcus. All right, kari, thank you.
