But as we zoom back to the bay area, notice the progression as we get into late tuesday and wednesday. Maybe a quarter inch of rain for places near san jose south and up to a third to half inch of rain in the Santa Cruz Mountains. After that thursday and friday looks dry. Then as we head towards next weekend, better news if youre in the north bay and looking for some rain drops or sierra for snow. A colder storm system right now we hope tracks a little bit farther out over the ocean. That would bring in some more moisture to give us a better chance of seeing rain next week.
