or the crime they are saying he's wanted for. new video at 11:00, a couple thieves in concorde caught on camera. police say a man and a woman stole 23 bottles of perfume from the local beauty store. it was worth about $3500. most likely they were going to resell it. it happened january 23rd. anyone with information on where they might be can call police. a big u-turn for tesla. two weeks after it driver to strike three people in san francisco's mission district yesterday. he's in custody this morning, but it all happened yesterday afternoon when the driver of a prius turned from 23rd street on to mission. witnesses say the driver hit someone in the crosswalk and pinned them against a bus. then he hit two people getting off the bus. the incident left bystanders stunned. >> i see when that happened, so i'm really feeling bad because i don't know the guy died or no. it looks really bad 37. >> they were left in critical condition. the driver with a passenger inside left the scene, but he returned minutes later. and while he initially appeared to be under the influence, he may have been a medical condition. a sobering fact when it comes to maiking it in the bay. liveing in a vehicle is passengers during evening and weekend service alone. riders say they are not using as much service and weekend trains are too sparse. they also cited crime and the number of homeless people on board. road near the plaza. they will take over the vacant building. the south bay city kaemp bell did not plan for it because tla had a lot of traffic concerns. teenage vaping is a huge concern for parents and now juul is facing another lawsuit. prosecutors have filed suit accusing juul of targeting children in their ads. a rep told underage customers how to get around the age restrictions. juul has not been a able to review the complaint yet and will only say it's already working to combat the underage issue. a big event that we all look forward to every year with thousands of people gathering in a live look at the golden gate bridge. you can see the clouds over san francisco rolling across the north bay. we have seen some patches of fog. we're already seeing the changes here that will provide some coolerer temperatures as we go into the end of the week. you head inland in spots like walnut creek and the sun is out. we're seeing some areas with an all-clear sky from the east bay down to the the south bay. as we get out for lunch, the temperatures will be right at 60 degrees. that's a big difference from the 70s we had yesterday and the day before. even sitting some records. we're coming a off of those record high temperatures and coming back to something more normal. so if you're about to head out, you're going to enjoy some time at the park or going for a walk. just keep in mind we're seeing everything blooming right now from a lot of the trees as well to a lot of the flowers. we have a moderate amount of tree pollen in the air here's a look at our high temperatures. 62 in oakland. up to 66 in napa. 64 in santa rosa. san francisco with the the clouds will have a cooler day reaching 59 degrees. and we are still seeing some more clouds as we look at the wide view of the satellite imagery. there's been a lot of storms moving into the pacific northwest. now we just see the thin strip of clouds and even some light rain approaching the far northwestern coast. that will continue to weaken as it moves here. here's where you can find rain and lots of it. look at much of the atlantic coast. parts of the east coast seeing some rain rolling through. also some snow right behind that. so just a heads up if you're traveling out east. we're still looking at dry weather here, but it won't be as warm. as the high pressure moves away, it allows for a couple storm systems to move close by. it may be just enough to provide some light snow flurries to parts of the sierra. it's been b a dry start to the month. it looks like the month could finish out that way with no significant storms coming at least the nx week or so. so this morning the drought monitor updated and now we can see this area in tan showing moderate drought in parts of the central valley. we're abnormally dry. so as we take a live look, there's quite a bit of snow this is a look at squaw valley. but we are losing a lot of our snow pack due to the warm weather and the lack of significant storms. our statewide average is about 59% of where we should be in terms of snowfall in the sierra. that's important to our sum isser wart supply. we're looking at temperatures that will be in the upper 60s to low 70s. still a lot of dry weather here. and sunshine that extends even into next week. we're making plans to get outside tomorrow for valentine's day. >> we're doing that. a couple
