We will first start to see the rain in north bay, but the timing is after 7 00, and after sunset this evening, we will start to see the rain working from north to south, and then we will see the rain moving through during the late evening hours, and for parts of the bay area, and we will talk about more of what we may measure and also more rain behind that, and details coming up in the full microclimate forecast. We are getting a report of the damage that people are living w. Looking at that how it destroyed the punavantana rock formation that has been standing for centuries. And so a series of earthquakes have been rocking the island. Yes, they have been rocking and that has been happening since christmas. This one struck about 6 30 in the morning in puerto rico and rocked the same region that saw several earthquakes in the recent weeks and powerful aftershocks. Several homes were shaken off of their foundations. Another building collapsed and the power was out and could remain out for two weeks in some places. This is in the southern part of the island and you can see it shaking inside of the audio boost, and much of the island is hampered by the damage for response. It is worse than the Hurricane Maria that struck. And they are saying that 95 of the schools were not in compliance with the construction code, and so it is a good thing that the kids were not in the School Buildings when it hit. And the president activated emergency measures and the schools are closed and some of the hospitals had to be evacuated as well. One person who was confirmed to have died was a 73yearold man who was found under a collapsed wall that was under construction in his home. The prosecutors say that weinstein raped a woman after pushing her inside of his hotel room, and the next night, he sexually assaulted another woman in a Beverley Hills hotel suite. It was challenging to get those victims to open up and tell us what they needed to tell us. Weinstein has not commented, but he has previously said that all of the sexual ent coucounte were consensual, and before the charges, they questioned the prosecutors next move. First to the north bay and then the rest of the bay area, and we will get that rain overnight, and this is not a strong system. In fact, not all of the bay area will get some rain. It is going to be very spotty, and so there is going to be some areas that gets a little bit of soaking there, and other areas altogether, and as we are going into noon tomorrow, there lingeri the day, it will remain dry, and another wave going from north to south and heading into thursday morning and there we are at 4 30, and the north bay covered with rain, and works into the rest of the bay area, and then by noon, it is starting to clear out once again. So we have two waves of rain coming in, and even with that, we are looking at probably 0. 10 to 0. 25 of rain, and most higher parts in the east bay, and that is in heavenly looking pretty good. We have seen some of the snow lost from the past week or so, and we have lost 15 of the snow pack in five days, and it is mostly because some of the snow has been melting. Some of it has been sublimating meaning that it is going straight from the snow to the gas.
