Is due in court. 39yearold Jermaine Graham is scheduled to enter a plea charged with murder after police say that he stabbed and killed Oliver Williams last month at the south hayward station. Witnesses say williams stepped in to help a b. A. R. T. Rider whose shoes he was trying to steal. Investigators found he had been killed with his own knife. Thats when, according to police, she got inside her car with two children and drove toward the 63yearold barber knocking him into the shop next door and seriously injuring him. The car went on top of him. Now police saydriving a dark prius. She is wanted for assault with a deadly weapon. And if you have any information you are asked to give call. In San Francisco you might not be surprised if you find your car window broken, but how about thieves stealing all four wheels and leaving the car up on blocks . This happened this week. And as of right now things are all dry even though we are not seeing any rain it may be misting and drizzling in some spots we do have the denser fog and then we await our next storm system set to arrive tomorrow. So by this time tomorrow morning parts of the bay area will start to see that rain moving in. As we take it throughout the day were seeing once again that very slight chance of rain but for the mostar we are dry and were going to see some peeks of sunshine. Not all clear and sunny. As we go into tonight well see that rain approaching first the north bay and then as we go throughout the day tomorrow just waves of rain coming through along with some gusty winds. And this is a pretty large storm system so it will take a while for it to all come through the bay area. That means rain on friday as well as saturday, even into early sunday before it moves out. Well have a couple days of a break and well be watching for a chance of rain by the middle of next week but it looks like it does weaken before it gets here. We may continue on with a few days of dry weather. The wind will be another issue as we check out our hour by hour forecast looking at wind speeds. Here we are going through friday afternoon and look at how strong the winds will be along the coast in San Francisco, over toward oakland. We can see winds at about 30 to 40 an hour and staying saturday is the day well have a chance of some thunderstorms moving through. Rain totals, well, its going to be another soaker. Take a look at this. Theyve been consistent on showing at least an inch of rain in san jose and up to 3 to 4 inches in the north bay as well as the Santa Cruz Mountains and the sierra going to get another 2 to 3 feet of snow throughout the weekend. So this is going to be another pretty big storm. Plan accordingly. And its another weekend were stuck inside. As we check out our sevenday forecast we will see a few clouds rolling by today. Tomorrow off and off rain and a chance of thunderstorms on satu. It moves out on sunday and then as we head into next week, were looking good but it will be chilly. Vianey, yeg the roads and the fog the major issue. Thats certainly the issue this morning. Look at this shot of the san mateo bridge. You can barely make it out because of how foggy it is. That camera is good, right . Its just fog. You can see the taillights, the headlights pushing through. Dont turn on your high beams. The high beams will reflect off of the fog and make it even worse. The bay bridge drive times westbound 80 to the bay bridge only looking at eight minutes. Westbound 92 to the san mateo bridge 12 minutes. I did check out the fog. Thats not the only foggy spot through there. We have some heavy, dense fog in through san jose. Just slow it down. Back to you. An update for you this morning in monterey county. All lanes of highway 101 are now back open. This is after flooding shut down both directions for several hours yesterday. Before that as you can see right there, water forcing drivers to go through those muddy waters. Deputies say the flooding reached about four feet high. The 49ers this morning facing some fan fallout after suspending team radio analyst tim ryan for comments that he made about star quarterback Lamar Jacksons dark skin.
