For the kinkade fire around northern sonoma county, we will see the smote initially blowing off the coast, but then well see things shifting. The winds stay fairly light. As we go into the evening, well start to see the winds coming in from the north and northwest, which will blow that smoke all across the bay area, and will make it unhealthy, our wednesday calm today, but then by sunday, a strong cold front moves through. Well see our winds increasing from north to south. Look at the wind gusts anyway from 38 to 48 miles an hour, and it gets even higher, as it continues to spread across the bay area. This will not be a wind event just for the hills. Well also see high winds in the valleys as well. This will be a bigger and stronger wind event, so well talk more about what that could do to the bay area and the impacts. The commute is building steadily. Theyre not confirming this is a Death Investigation, but we can tell you they are still here o the scene at green waste, a recycling facility here in an Industrial Area in part of san jose near the 880 101 interchange. Just in the last half hour, we saw the crime scene we expect that they didnt transport anybody to the. Several employees told us there was a body found here inside this facility among the recyclable items. We dont know who that person might be, their age or how it is they died at this point, but we do have some other information that were trying to confirm before we get that to you. As you go across the golden gate, huge portions of the north bay could also lose power. Theyre projecting about 48,000 customers to be without power, 57,000 customers in Alameda County. These outages which are designed to prevent wildfires could start saturday evening, and run through monday. We are preparing and preparing with our communities and state agencies for a largescale shutoff that has the potential to be on the same order as the one october 9th, but of a longer duration. Several workers this morning told us the body was found among the recyclables, but at this point we dont know the age of this person, how they died we did also see an ambulance staged here, but when they left, they left without lights and sirens. In my experience, that means theyre not transporting anybody to the hospital, so we dont think theres anyone more than the person who was found dead here. Again, we dont know how they here. We are still working to get some information. We know that the spokesperson is working with the detectives to see what they can release. This is going to be a widespread high wind event as the temperatures drop and this cold front moves there. This will caught any fires to spread raptly. Also very hot with inland temperatures reaching near 90 s. Hot tomorrow as well, but then on sunday very strong cold front moves through. Its going to drop our temperatures and cause parts of the bay area to possibly get gusts anywhere from 40 to 75 miles per hour. So very concerning. Very concern. Well have more later.
