That is full. That chock bard. Bay area way. You dont like a name people are probably scratching it out and putting theirs in. For sure. Happy monday. It is warm. Yes, temperatures warming up. It is a result of a drier wind that is beginning to start to filter in now. So we are looking at two different wind events over the next seven days. So i wanted to show you first that the change that is happening in the atmosphere. We did have those clouds on saturday. It felt like fall out there and then yesterday we had a nice rebound of that sunshine and it is all from the area of High Pressure that is building in. We are used to High Pressure and the warm temperatures up but it is the way this is setting up across the west to help with the circulation and clockwise circulation to help to drive the winds off shore and that is why we are looking at more fire danger this week. So fire weather watch right now. Issued from 5 00 p. M. Wednesday until 5 00 p. M. On thursday. This again could be upgraded to a red flag fire warning for the hills for a thousand feet and above and the northeast and south bay and again i want to be clear on this, so you understand what is going to be happening with that wind, best chance of any high gusts would be in the mountains, 20 to 50 Miles Per Hour and lower elevations 5 to 15 with gusts up to 20. So big contrast and ill look at the wind speeds in about a minute and a half. I dont see extremely gusty conditions tomorrow. But with that warmer drier air starting to filter in, it will leave us with sunny skies. We need the sunglasses and morning commuting and maybe a light jacket. Down to 56 for the north bay. San francisco 54 and the east bay 57. Temperatures going up about four to seven degrees. Still it is noticeable in the south bay. Probably a little bit too warm for you in october. Close to 90 here in morgan hill, also gilroy and downtown san jose at 85. In the east bay, a few isolated 90s tomorrow. 90 in concord and 90 in antioch. Over to the peninsula, beaches warming up to rare october 70s, Half Moon Bay 73. Over to redwood city and 85. San francisco, no need for a jacket tomorrow, 79 in the mission. 74 in the outer sunset and through marin, napa, sonoma, a lot of upper 80s and low 90s. So tomorrow warms up, not that windy. But once again once we hit wednesday and thursdays forecast well see that wind increase. So lets get a look at the wind gusts. By 3 00 p. M. On website, it is beginning to increase here. I think by 11 00 p. M. On wednesday were up to 20 to 30 Miles Per Hour primarily in the north bay and the Higher Elevations. And that wind event would last right through thursday morning. Once again for the north bay and the Higher Elevations and then after that once we hit thursday afternoon, well begin to see winds calm on down. So my extended forecast looks like this. Wednesday night and thursday morning, we get the winds and fire danger and then a second wind event by sunday. Gusts up to 40 in San Francisco and that would linger into monday morning. And for those inland valley a second wind event sunday into monday. I think sunday is por widespread. So even the lower elevations on sunday would also get those gusty winds. Well have to see what happens with pg e but right now two wind events come in the next seven days. And just to see 90degree forecast. That is intense. Uncomfortable. Thanks.
