Breaking news right now in san jose. There was a deadly overnight shooting. Investigators are still on the scene along allen rock. First responders were on the scene, but couldnt save the victim. Police not giving information about the victor whether they have any other leads. Were still working to learn the identity of a person found dead during a chaotic fire at a san jose Adult Entertainment store. Last night Authorities Say a man possibly entered that store and started setting fires there t. Once firefighters put the flames out they discovered a body. The man who triggered the chaos was a disgruntled employee or a customer who refed to leave. When they went in, there was smoke pouring out. Its scary. You never know how fast it will spread. Its not clear if police apprehended a suspect. Police wont say how the person found dead might be connected to the incident. Witnesses say they heard what they thought was gunfire. The state has warmed about four degrees in the last 50 years. All of that warm weather is hitting artic regions the hardest. That includes greenland. Police say john rosales was a passenger in an uber when he punched the driver. A short time later police say he stabbed an 18yearold and took his cell phone. The team is out of the hospital. Yesterday he turned himself over to police. We have new details on a fiery north bay crash that killed a young driver. Investigators say the car smashed into a retaining wall and caught fire. The 16yearold driver died at the scene. Two other passengers were sent to the hospital. Happening today nfl executives will meet with the woman who recently accused star wide receiver Antonio Brown of sex assault and rape. Brown made his debut yesterday with the new england patriots, the team he signed with after the raiders granted his request to be released. Brittany taylor filed a civil suit. She claims he sexually assaulted her and raped her several times over the two years they worked together in pittsburgh. Brown called the relationship consensual. Police say the victim never informed them of the alleged crime. Governor newsome says he plans to veto a bill that supporters say relieves federal oversight.
