Developing in texas where were learning that the gunman in this weekends shooting rampage called the fbi tip line moments before the attack. Seven people died in saturdays rampage in west texas. 22 others were injured. Investigators say that gunman had just been fired and then he made calls to both Odessa Police and the fbi National Tip Line shortly after being terminated. But authorities also say that during both of those calls he made no specific threat that might have tipped off the mayhem to come.
