When police arrived, two people had been shot. One of them died. The other has lifethreatening injuries. Police say the suspect took off, carjacked a vehicle, then ditched it. Police found him hiding inside an rv on alameda refusing to come out. At some point, investigators say an officer opened fire. Nobody was in hurt. The man is in custody this afternoon and people are calling him, again, a person of interest in the shootings and carjacking. Theyre not releasing his name. Cleanup continues inside a Little Caesars pizza in fremont. Around lunchtime, a car barreled through the front window at the thornton avenue location.
